Puppet-based Christian ministry Quiz Worx has released a new Easter video, The Good Shepherd, available online. Here’s a preview:
The Quiz Worx team describes the video: “This brand-new video includes an action-packed superhero drama, an interview with former Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, John Anderson, about Jesus being his Good Shepherd, and… lots of sheep!
“It highlights the Good News of the Bible that Jesus showed his power and his care by laying down, then taking back up, his life to make a way for people to live with God forever.”
In a message to volunteer Scripture Teachers (NSW SRE and in Queensland RI), Matt Gorton, a Quiz Worx presenter and founder, says, “Easter is a wonderful time to remember what the Bible teaches: that Jesus cares for his people so much that he was willing to lay down his life for them,” said. “And that Jesus is so powerful that he took back up his life when he rose from the dead! Jesus is the caring and powerful Good Shepherd.
“The whole Quiz Worx team is thankful to be able to partner with you to share the Good News of Jesus with the kids in your class, and whilst we would love to be with you in person, we hope and pray that this video is a great blessing to you all this Easter.”
