Christmas might be the only time you get stamped letters – and guess what? Charities really still want them

What do you talk about with siblings you have not seen for a while? For Obadiah, the conversation with his sister turned to stamps, and a quick lunchtime Google turned up plenty of places that want them.

She’s a Baptist, so Baptist Mission Australia is a great place to send them. Their site says they have raised $60,000 a year from stamps. Obadiah likes the email address of their NSW rep, Trevor Bridges,
[email protected], Obadiah can’t go past that. Apparently, a team of Queensland Baptists peel the stamps off the cut-off bit of the envelope they want you to send the stamps still attached to. They suggest dropping off the stamps at their state offices
